What is HHE?
Healthy Home Environmental Services LLC is an indoor air quality company that you can call and ask any questions about indoor air quality (for free) as well as have them send an inspector to you home to look for IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) issues such as mold, mildew, allergens, or other pollutants. Healthy Home Environmental Services falls in the realm of industrial hygiene, which is another term that denotes firms or companies looking for IAQ problems both residential and commercially. Another term that describes HHE is Emergency Property Restoration. In total, we deal with the Indoor Air Quality, Emergency Property Restoration, and Industrial Hygiene industries. We focus on finding healthy, balanced, and feasible solutions to indoor mold and moisture problems. We are happy to be fixing and managing IAQ in Pocatello, Idaho and it’s surrounding areas.
HHE works with two types of teams. HHE could send out a team of inspectors, or they could send out a team of technicians.
Who are HHE’s clients?
We serve home owners, household managers, wives, husbands, and residents as wells as land people renting out apartments, condos, houses, and other kinds of properties. We serve the owners and employees of businesses, industries, and firms.
Who are the HHE Inspectors, and what do they do?
The HHE inspectors are high quality, certified experts. Many of them have years of experience in solving mold and mildew concerns, as well as solving flooding and water mitigation disasters. We prioritize sending out inspectors with real world experience and skills that lend themselves to the particular job at hand. We are happy to frequently send out trainees to be taught and educated in how to handle all of the different scenarios that we face.

Who are the HHE technicians, and what do they do?
After the inspectors have discovered mold or IAQ problems in your home, they will suggest a protocol, or set of instructions, to get rid of that problem (whatever it may be). The men and women who actually apply those solutions are technicians. Whether HHE technicians come to your home, or some other technician, or you decide to do it yourself, we do not pressure you to decide in any particular way.
First, the technicians will set up and maintain proper containment in your home, business, or property. The containment keeps the mold, asbestos, lead, allergen, or whatever the issue is, from escaping the problem area and infecting other parts of the house during the remediation process. They do this to keep you, your family, your neighbors, and themselves safe.
